This is Ok. You will need a backup system to support you. That is, a software and an external hard drive (around $200 --this is unconventional way of doing it)

you will also need to add memory to this machine (RAM; at least 2 more GB).  So over all you will end up spending like  another 300-400.

Third, you will need to check with lexisNexis to see whether windows home server (operating system) that comes with the below-mentioned server supports "Time Matters".

I think that you should not spend too much money. So if the operating system works, then buy more RAM and go with it. Later you can expand and upgrade.
