FYI, I spoke with LT Schultz from the Walton County police department today. I gave him an overview of “everything”; he wants to speak with LTC Harwood and CPT Overgaard (I provided their phone numbers), and he will then consult with the District Attorney’s office.
I’m just trying to determine what my options are right now; will not commit to anything without discussing with you first. Statute of limitations in Florida is three years, so we have plenty of time.
