I am trying to track down the transcript of the Mattis and Ewers testimony from the Chessani UCI motion in May of 2008. Capt Kilian was the appellate defense attorney on the case. The Chessani civilian defense team has not been able to locate a copy. I would appreciate your assistance in obtaining a copy.
