| Gents, Eric has a PI case and we are drafting the template for those cases. He had a one page fee agreement from another attorney, which I have have incorporated into the FLAT FEE template. Both are attached - FLAT FEE Template for example. I attempted to ensure no duplication of words/concepts and ensure the appropriate contingency fee arrangements.
