Partner,You told me you just signed up a group of 10 or 11 new clients who have issues similar to Salaum Lines. We've heard about them but have no info/fee ageements, money, etc. They all need to go into TM for tracking, billing, etc.

Mariam has no special knowledge of clients. I don’t use her like Eric used Nick. Her knowledge of clients is the same as Mary Jo’s. She gets tasked with work and completes it. All contracts used to go to Bethany. She doesn’t even handle new client calls. She was directed to forward all inquiries to Bethany so that there wouldn’t be any confusion in the process of signing up new clients.
