Marcy and I were here and I supervised her the separation of files into finished and unfinished clients and she and Nick carried them out, along with her personal belongings. Got her keys and credit card. She didn't tell us she was coming and was clearly uncomfortable, though she made lighthearted small talk. Marcy played nice with her. I'm up to speed on what funds to expect from her clients whose cases were settled recently. That money comes to us for excess attorneys fees and/or shortfall in their accounts. Marcy is working 12 hrs/day to finalize accounting on all of Debra's clients so we don't let anything slip through the cracks for us or those clients. Just a quick update. N
