Debra, We wish to assist you in a smooth and efficient transition of your clients' matters, either to continue with you or with another attorney of their choice. The plan is that by noon on Friday of next week, we will have arrived at a final accounting of funds in their client trust accounts. We will draft a letter to each of them, explaining that you are no longer with the firm and that the firm can no longer handle their matter. We will also enclose either a final bill or a return of the remainder of their fee advance for them to make their decisions regarding future representation, to be mailed not later than Friday. We would appreciate your assistance with that effort. But in any case, by next Friday, all of your clients and their files will be delivered to you or to whomever they designate for further representation. In the meantime, please feel welcome to come into next office next week to make electronic copies of any files for your clients' continuing cases from Time Matters or your work station. Neal Neal A.
