What is: "My Little Red Rules Book"?

I'm getting a lot of questions about
the "My Little Red Rules Book" ...

"My Little Red Rules Book" is designed for a quick reference during federal trials and other hearings. It contains many of the frequently used Rules in federal court. It also contains a copy of the sentencing table and drug quantity table.   It fits perfectly inside a shirt pocket or a purse.

Oh, and it's "red".
