Please file suit against the VA and Tom Leney.

Mr. Leney can be reached at tom.leney@va.gov or 202-461-4300. His deputy in charge of Quality Review is David Eckenrode 202-303-3307 or david.eckenrode@va.gov . Mr. Eckenrode was supposed to give me a decision on Friday and did not. I need this turned around ASAP. Can you notify them and file on Monday? Mr. Leney I have been told actually answers his phone at 630am... otherwise you get the run around with staffers that work for him...
