RE: Rowe court-martial

Mr. Faraj,
	
	I do not have unclassified VTC capability available to me. I am
able to phone-in on a commercial line. 

I was only recently advised of Captain Rowe's undergoing a court
martial. While I have been told sexual harassment, or sexual assault, I
am not aware of what the exact allegation(s) are against Capt Rowe and
circumstances. Are you able to provide information on this case? As you
would expect, as a former commander of Captain Rowe's, having observed
him in his duties at Marine Barracks Washington, D.C. this occurrence
has come as a surprise.
