The Criminal Jurisprudence & Practice Committee is scheduled to meet Thursday, December 8, 2011 from 2 to 4 PM at the State Bar of Michigan. Please note that each agenda item is assigned two committee member liaisons. Liaisons should be prepared to present the item for discussion, including a Keller analysis for legislation, and a recommended motion for action.
