Hi Lisa,

It was my failure to follow up.  I apologize.  Here is the due diligence checklist form.  Not everything applies.  I leave it to you to decide what you want to eliminate.  The best course is to have him review it and come back to you with a response as to what he feels is not relevant.  This appears exhaustive.  It is.  It is created for a purpose.  By going through this process you protect your interests and ensure that he is someone you want to do business with.  He should not balk at your request.  If he does, wellâyou have vastly more business experience than I do.  I donât think you need me to advise you on how to handle people in your field of experience.

I will be in DC this Thursday through Monday.  Iâll be really busy Thursday.  Iâm relatively free Sunday.  Iâm going to be attending a conference over the weekend but I believe it wraps up Sunday anyway.  May be we can give Bikram a try on Sunday if youâre available.

Haytham -

Hope all is well with you.  I still haven't recieved the paperwork for Paul Fogle to fill out.  If you could send that over that would be great.  Second, if you are interested in Bikram Yoga, I have pasted some info below.  I am a great believer in it both for fitness and health reasons I think everyone could benefit from it.  I have tried to talk Neal and Marcy into going but I think that is basically a non-starter for Marcy and probably Neal as well.  So I don't mean to do a big sales push on you but... in case you are interested the info is below.  If you want to go with me at some point that would be great, I usually go on sundays and sometimes Mondays and thursdays.

My yoga studio's link is:

http://www.bikramalexandria.com/home/  there is a link there for Jim Ambrogi that I spoke of whose studio it is and you can read a little bit about his background.

A general overview of health benefits from Vanderbilt University (therefore relatively unbiased)

This is an article about a lady with CF who is 37 and has never had a double lung transplant (her twin brother has) which people with CF usually die by 20 or so without and she attributes her success to Bikram

I do think that the detoxification that happens has tremendous health benefits and there is some theories that say that "stuff" that collects in our lymph glands can lead/contribute to cancer so obviously cleansing of the lymph glands is important if that is true.  Also I started going to get some relief from back pain and I knew that stretching in heat would give me a better stretch and therefore more pain relief.  This has happened and my back and neck pain have been greatly reduced which has increased my energy level substantially.  In addition I generically feel much better.  I know some people tell me they just can't stand the heat but if you can at least stay in the room for the 90 minutes and do as many of the poses as you can handle you will eventually be able to do all of it.  (You are such an athlete that this probably won't be much of a challenge for you..)  I sometimes have an asthma attack and I just bring my inhaler in and use that when I need it.  I actually think that Bikram increases my lung capacity.  (No I haven't had any medical tests to prove it...)

Anyway, although I said I wasn't trying to do a sales push, I am a big believer as you can see.  And you at least seemed a little interested but perhaps you were only being polite.

Take care -
