Just received a call from the clerk’s office saying that since the Motion said “under seal” it was NOT supposed to go through the ECF system, even though when I physically handed it to the judge’s assistant I was told it HAD to be put through the ECF system. The clerk sealed the record while I was on the phone. She did not know if the prosecutor had looked at it yet. I am sorry if I messed up here.
