Truly shameful behavior.Â I absolutely detest this kind of behavior and it is exemplary of why I called out Tom Leney in that meeting.

If at all possible Bill, we will want to accommodate your schedule but it is of maximum importance to inconvenience Cynowa since his ticket will cost a maximum during the Christmas season. This may incentivize Cynowa to drop the case. Conversely the courts may not be available during that season and cynowa may not have the PTO or vacation time available after the holidays.

FYI - I sent this to my management at work yesterday:

I plan to be on my 12^th Christmas Vacation in Poland from December 17, 2011 â January 8, 2012, returning to work on Monday, January 9, 2012.

If necessary, I could do some work from Poland, but keep in mind that:

1. Poland is UTC + 1 (Seven hours ahead of Chicago)
2. SKYPE is a possible , but we cannot count on toll-free connections via phone
