If at all possible Bill,
we will want to accommodate your schedule but it is of maximum importance to
inconvenience Cynowa since his ticket will cost a maximum during the Christmas
season. This may incentivize Cynowa to drop the case. Conversely
the courts may not be available during that season and cynowa may not have the
PTO or vacation time available after the holidays.

hearing on our recently filed motion to dismiss for December 15, 2011. In
addition, due to the fact that we want our motion heard prior to any settlement
conference, the Court struck the pretrial settlement conference scheduled for
