Just so you know....  we are having to cut some of his hours.  For travel time and waiting time, it's pretty usual that it's 1/2 the time charged.

We paid him $2040 and travel expenses.  We have an agreement with him that he will reimburse us back funds that we paid him.

The voucher for the expert that you submitted.....  have you already paid him and this is to reimburse you????
