Haytham Faraj Defends Against Federal Indictment

 

The Former Virgin Island Police Commissioner was indicted on Septermber 23rd in the U.S. District Court of DC on 24 counts of failure to properly investigate individuals for national security background checks and failure to tell the truth to investigators regarding his actions.  His attorney, Haytham Faraj, founding partner at the Law Firm of Puckett and Faraj, states there is evidence countering every allegation.  Faraj plans to prove his client’s innocence in the case of Davila v. Office of Personnel Management in the coming months.
