First, I want to apologize for calling Andy. Your father brought that to my attention yesterday. I'm uncertain where that came from. I hope you did not feel it was intended to diminish you.Â
I am drafting this email on the plane. I read your statement and found out quite good but I want more. I want you to go for a walk or run and to reflect on why you want to be an officer. Think about who you are, find your substance and your emotional connection to this matter. then, sit down and write what you came up with. The information I am looking for involves emotions. We move people by being 100% real and you can only do that by expressing your feelings. Once you finish adding to your statement, I want you to stand in front of a mirror and read it aloud. Once it sounds like it captures how you feel then it's ready. Check your syntax. You have some mistakes.Â
I re-reviewed the procedure regulation. Krivda does not understand it. I will direct him to the governing provisions which specifically allow counsel to fully participate. If he refuses tomorrow there will be error built into the record that may result in redo in case we don't prevail.Â

"ThisÂargumentsÂto make" is my statement. It is a work in progress. I hope to talk with Haytham about it when I can so he can give me an idea on what he thinks. There is defiantly room to add more, but I would like to have it looked over first to make sure I am on the right direction.
