Until today they did not release any unit from Baltimore (units not for Ellissa) didn't they tell you that they will contact CBP.

I sent a letter to CBP explaining what happened and an affidavit. I was
told that Howeis hired the law firm of Hayes and Hayes because they had
contacts and they could get the vehicles out faster. I even sent Hayes and
Hayes all my correspondence and told Dignan that they were on the case. I
will call to follow up.

He is not back. Another one of the guys in the office called me back. He
said the other attorney is calling also and that there is nothing they can
do because they are waiting for their investigative office to finish their
investigation. He said the reason for the delay is because they have so
many cases. He said he's going to contact the investigative unit and call
me back tomorrow.

Regarding the 17 cars, the client called this morning and he is giving us
until the end of the week.
He is saying that the person in charge in Boston is back from his vacation.

I called Treasury and CBP this morning. Both Kane and Dignan are out of the
office today. I am frustrated by the lack of response and I know the
owners are as well. I am working on drafting a complaint to file in court.
I also intend to write letters to the appropriate oversight committees in
the House and Senate.
