Thanks, partner! We're going to investigate the cost of bringing in Comcast cable modem Internet service vice our current Verizon DSL service (which I think is a thing of the past in terms of connectivity). They may also be able to give us a better deal if bundled to phone service, as well. May take them a while to bring the pipeline to our suite, but I'll let you know the costs of switching before making any decisions. Neal A. They were enthusiastically recommended by Renner, and they've already assessed our needs and helped us discover why Debra's email was so slow. Here is their proposal and Block of Hours Service Agreement. Since we've got infrequent needs, they're letting us buy blocks of hours at a $25 discount from their normal hourly rate, instead of a monthly rate for higher volume clients. So it'll be $125 instead of $150. We can renew the hours as required, exactly like how our fee advances work with our hourly clients. Top notch folks who will be on call 24/7 for service at our discounted rate. They can move us into the virtual office world when we're ready by converting part of our server into a "terminal server." This will permit all of us to have access to the server from anywhere, securely, via the Internet. N Neal A.
