Well, if I were him, I would be thinking about how much time I had to spend on a case I had no chance of winning. I gave you the best advice I could offer a guy sitting in a lose-lose position but you already had your mind made up. If you want to talk again let me know, but don't be surprised that you are the only guy who thinks you have a case here. Sometimes you have cut your losses even if you are facing a bad deal. Call me or stop by the office, you need to reevaluate your options.

Rgr sir. I will be there. I get my info from major mcconnell who is the defense counsel in quantico. I will make sure I am there if they need me and will let them know that both my attorneys are unavailable as they just received the notice of hearing today. This trip will at least allow me to see where the disconnect is and why my attorneys are not getting the info. Maj Mcconnel identifies himself as the senior defense counsel in quantico so I am not sure why he is not getting the information necessary to keep me informed.

Confirmed, you must be present. Not sure who is giving you info, but you
need to be at the hearing.

Sir,
My attorneys say that they do not need me on wednesday and thursday in
Quantico. A lot of this stuff has recently been last minute and unorganized.
From the Command's perspective, do I need to go? I just want to check with
everyone because the military end of my attorney team is a little short on
answers at this point.
