Haytham, There is no "formal" notice. However, the Government is working on the assumption that both parties wanted the depo. I don't think the Convening Authority is willing to take Jeremy's written statement based on the inconsistencies. At least that is the word I got from Capt Combe. Are you available to do the depo on Friday? If not, we can work out between ourselves, Capt Combe, and Capt Contreras (deposition legal officer) when we want to depose Jeremy.
