Re: Capt Rowe

Sir - I know. I was merely being ironic bc that is the generals big political fear in all this that klay will come after him next. I am at the point that this seems almost comical in the amateur fashion it is being handled in the fact that everything is last minute with the govt bc the general prob asked for an update in some meeting. I am growing tired in all this. Just tell me what I need to do bc I only trust you in this fiasco.

Congressmen do nothing. I wasn't notified because I have not submitted a
notice of appearance. I had hoped this would get settled. I'll submit a
notice today

Gentlemen why is everything being scheduled a week out or less. This is
starting to seem fishy to me. Nothing goes forward in my opinion without
scheduling with Mr Faraj. I thought we agreed on this last week. It seems to
me that the general may be pressing this on all ends with some undue
influence. Should I contact my congressman now or wait till we get really
dirty?

Matt,
I have done nothing on this matter because I was under the assumption that
it may settle through a plea agreement. What did the government do with
Owen's statement? I did not know that the Government had noticed a
deposition of Owens. I am certainly unavailable on the 15th and frankly
have no idea what is going on with respect to the schedule. If you believe
that this is going to go forward then I will take a look at the schedule
file a notice of appearance and request a continuance as necessary.

Good morning Haytham,

Just a quick update on Jim Rowe's case: The Govt sent subpoenas to Jeremy
Owen. They sent one to his home and one to his office but have not received
any response. They have also called him to no avail. The CG's deposition
order states that the depo must be completed no later than 15 September.
Any thoughts? Also, did you contact Judge Hale and notify the court of your
representation of Jim? Judge Hale wanted to see that after the arraignment.

Just let me know what you have in mind.

Thanks Haytham.

Matt
