Good afternoon Haytham, It is 1530 and Jim's in my office for the arraignment. However, he doesn't wish to go forward until he can speak to you to make sure that the trial schedule comports with what you would like to do. Trial is scheduled to be docketed the first week of November. At this point, he is prepared to tell the judge that does not waive your presence at the arraignment.
