Mark, NMCCA denied our petition in the attached opinion. We plan an immediate appeal to CAAF. Although the stay was lifted by NMCCA, we'll be requesting a stay from CAAF in conjunction with the appeal, expected to be filed on Monday, (absent a hurricane-induced power loss).
