Ms. Hemeyer,
Yesterday during sentencing I declined
the judge’s query as to whether I wanted her to make a designation recommendation.
 I wanted to do some research and discuss options with Mr. Hamama.
 Will the judge entertain a request for a designation to the BOP?
 If so, shall I do it by motion or a letter.
