Hi Neal,

It appears to be a "legitimate" company; it appears that their main service is offering to run display advertising campaigns through their own website. However, the services and placement opportunities seem very limited. Advertising funds would be better spent in your current campaign or an added ad group, such as the proposed federal/white crime campaign because the outreach is much larger with better targeting capabilities.
