The Law Firm of Puckett & Faraj, P.C. is seeking an Associate/Sr. Associate level attorney to support its federal sector employment law practice. The ideal candidate will have a few years of employment law litigation under his or her belt, preferably with at least some federal sector experience as well. The job will include supporting one of the firm's partners with case evaluation, client consultation, and representing employees through all stages of litigation, including discovery, as well as at mediation and in other ADR processes. The bulk of the firm's employment law practice is before the administrative forums available to federal employees such as the EEOC, MSPB, and OSC. Extensive client contact and correspondence is required (as is patience with stressed out clients). 

The firm offers an informal and collegial environment, and the option to work at home and/or have a flexible schedule is available. Salary will be determined commiserate with experience.
