Gentlemen, In light of US v Fosler, I need to add PGOD and service discrediting to the 134 offenses. I will make a motion to make that change at the arraignment, but ask if you intend to object to this change under RCM 603. It doesn't change the nature of the charges, it simply adds the terminal language into the spec, vice the inference as allowed by 60 years of case law.
