I think I accidentally deleted your email about Wendy's car; but as I recall it is still in her possession but not in driving condition (because she didn't have $ to fix it). We probably do not have access to it unless trial counsel had access to it when he went to South Dakota to investigate this case. Then we need to ask for equal access. We may be able to ask for access to it just based on the fact that the government had an opportunity to analyze the evidence (i.e. through SD police)? I say we ask for our audio expert as soon as we get notice that they have hired one (I can't recall if we've gotten this notice yet or not). If we have, then we can go ahead and request now.
