SPC Saleh pleads not guilty to all charges and specifications and elects to
be tried by members with enlisted representation.
The defense opposes the 404b evidence noticed by the government. I have not
seen a request for judicial notice. I received the 902(11) affidavit. The
defense does not have an authenticity or foundation objection for the
proffered telephone records.
If the defense chooses to put on a case, I anticipate that we will require a
maximum of two days.

I'm trying to arrange my travel for Saleh. What is the plea and forum?

The only motions I believe I have so far are three from the government -
motion in limine, dated 13 Jun with a defense response, dated 21 June;
judicial notice, dated 29 July; and 404b, dated 29 July. Defense do you
oppose either or both of the latter two?
Have I missed anything?
Does either side anticipate filing any other motions?
What is your best estimate how long the case will take to try?
