Sir,

The government expects 3 days.  We do not intend to file any additional motions.

Defense

I'm trying to arrange my travel for Saleh.  What is the plea and forum?

All

The only motions I believe I have so far are three from the government - motion in limine, dated 13 Jun with a defense response, dated 21 June; judicial notice, dated 29 July; and 404b, dated 29 July.  Defense do you oppose either or both of the latter two?

Have I missed anything?

Does either side anticipate filing any other motions?

What is your best estimate how long the case will take to try?

COL Pohl
