RE: SSgt Lopez

Mr. Faraj,
What does this mean "pleading should be consistent with the 410, in exchange for SSgt Lopez's proffer against GySgt Kelton"? I know that going to trial is a risk but I am confident and trust you will bring your "A" game to trial to fight against any evil that is against me. I cannot take this offer and would like to continue with my trial and fight this to the best of my (your) ability. I just feel deep down in my heart that it wouldn't be the best decision for me to take the deal. If you can email me at your earliest convenience with your feedback I would really appreciate it. Have a great Marine Corps day.

SSgt Lopez,
This was a government offer that was made today. My position has not changed. I feel like this is a winnable case but of course every trial comes with risks. I don't believe they'll take you to an ADSEP but they can if they want to.

Let me know what you'd like to do.

	Sir,
I spoke with Capt White last week because I was unable to get in touch with you. Not sure if he was able to get in touch with you to relay my message. Bottom line is that the command is willing to go the NJP route; pleading should be consistent with the 410, in exchange for SSgt Lopez's proffer against GySgt Kelton. This command is not a fan of last minute deals so if this is amenable to your client please let me know as soon as possible.

	Lt Mcguire,
I am outside the U.S. For the next 7 days. Can this wait or will it disrupt your ability to prep for trial? If you wish you can email me your recommendations which I will discuss with SSgt Lopez then call you to give you our decision.
