Neal,
Problem for me is that I will be moving to Armed Forces Radiobiology
Research Institute (AFRRI) in September. It will take me a few days (at
least) to get my Defense Travel System (DTS) and government credit card info
transferred. For me, October will be better.

COL Benedek,
My apologies for pestering you, Sir. As a practical matter, we're going to
work toward moving the case to Sept., then. My co-counsel and law partner,
Haytham Faraj, cannot make it in Aug either, CAPT Lesser, don't change
anything just yet. I know you just locked in travel plans, but can you give
us dates of non-availability in Sept?

Hi, Dave!
Just checking back with you to see if you've had a moment to look at our 706
board report in the case of 1stLt Burke. Would like to coordinate with you
to determine your windows of availability to testify in the case. We're
currently set for the second full week in Aug, but are already going to have
to move it into Sept due to our own scheduling conflicts.
Can we speak today?
