RE: Federal Criminal Defense

Hi Neal,

We're putting together the estimates based on the updated words you sent over.  I think separating it into a sub-domain will make the most sense for both the user and from an SEO perspective, and I'll put together numbers on that along with the updates for the recommend PPC budget.

Also, a mid-August launch shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks Again!

Micah,

Let's try something different.  Here are some words we believe potential clients may use to search for federal criminal defense services.  Can you evaluate them in terms of frequency of use and potential value to us as Adword buys, narrowed to DC Metro (ensure to include Northern VA) and Detroit Metro.  Many of the words on your list are good, except we want to specifically limit traffic to that from those charged in federal court.  So we probably need to emphasize the word, "federal" wherever it seems to appear in searches.

Federal criminal defense attorney(s)  - all variations thereof (lawyer, firm, attorney, etc)

federal indictment

federal charges

federal grand jury

terrorism charges lawyer

graft lawyer

bribery lawyer

embezzlement lawyer

wire fraud lawyer

federal racketeering lawyer

classified information lawyer

espionage lawyer

war crimes lawyer

federal conspiracy lawyer

white collar crime lawyer

federal civil forfeiture

federal criminal forfeiture

bank robbery lawyers

federal drug crimes

money laundering attorney

We want to establish some infrastructure both on the website and in the office before we launch this campaign.  We're going to draft the page content, but do you recommend just adding the pages to our current platform or, like we did with FEL, create a subdomain for federal criminal defense (again, not exclusively "white collar").  If so, can you estimate the cost of building that new subdomain?

Once that is in place, we'll decide how much we want to spend on an Adwords budget and then launch it.  But we'd like to aim for a launch by around mid-Aug.  Is this feasible?

Hi Haytham,

I've attached a spread sheet that includes suggested keywords along with initial drafts of ads.  I've also included two budget ranges below to give you some perspective on what it would take for this campaign to perform like the others when we ramped them up in the past.  The difference between the two is the average position we could maintain the ads at throughout the month.

$12,000 Monthly Budget
$400 a day
Maintain a Top 1-2 Average position
Estimated Monthly Clicks: 1300-1500

$9,000 Monthly Budget
$300 a day
Maintain a Top 5 Average position
Estimated Monthly Clicks: 800-1000

These estimates include both Google and Yahoo/Bing.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Have a happy 4th!
