Team Wuterich,
I was trying to circulate a draft tonight, but it's now apparent that
that's not going to happen. I'll hope to finish it up during my lunch hour
tomorrow and circulate it then. I would dearly love to get it filed on
Tuesday, but I'll certainly understand if, because of my failure to finish it
tonight, that proves impossible and we have to file on Wednesday.
