John, The movers are still working and anticipating being done around 4. The house should be fine to go thru even if they are loading in the driveway. Everything is out and staged in garage. If I am not back at 4, my asst Missy will there for the walk thru. Please bring a copy of the entrance condition report so we can compare, status of property upon occupying and status day of departure.
