Sir,
  The CA has inquired as to the status of the Art 32 hearing.  I told him that it was still open pending additional information provided by the defense.  I have not seen anything provided by defense, nor has there been a suspense date provided.  I would like to know what your drop-dead date is going to be so that I can inform the CA when his investigation will be closed.
