Use Echevvveria and Bidart; Re: Brain Injury Case, et al, UIM Policy Limit Demand Expired

IF it is a CA case then it can all be done in CA and a 50% of fee would be fine, however you'd be better with somebody else.  I thought it happened in Michigan and would be venued there and I'd have to bring in an out of State person which would "cost me".  So, if you can do it here and being that it happened in CA I think it can be handled in CA but it would be an "arbitration case".  I would advise getting Ricardo Echevveria and Mike Bidart involved.  You are going to need to read the policy.  I had a Colorado policy case once where the injury occurred in California and PER THE TERMS OF THE POLICY I WAS ABLE TO FILE DIRECTLY AGAINST THE INSURANCE COMPANY (Farmers) IN CA.  Long story short, I got paid a lot of money.

The accident was here in California but it is a Michigan policy.  I would like to hold onto 50% of this fee.

I have a lawyer with my midwest office licensed in Michigan, his name is Haytham Faraj.  We split things 50/50 he and I when I have a Michigan case.  He is dynamite.  He also is in CA regularly,  Haytham Faraj <haytham@puckettfaraj.com>.  Lets make sure the policy is open and it is to the client's benefit to do the case.  It'd be cool to split the fees and costs 3 ways.

See the attached.  My friend’s family was in from Michigan.  They were driving my friend’s car (my friend, Cassra, was not in the car).  In the car were Dr. Mohamman Arbabi, his wife Azadeh Arbabi, daughter Rahimina, and mother in law Fatemeh Hashemi.  They are CRUSHED from behind.  All go to ER.  Fatemeh has subdural hematoma, broken bones, head injury.  They are all still hurt, all live in Michigan.

We got the global 30K policy from at fault driver (15/30 policy)
We got the global 30K policy from the owner of the car (my friend, Cass, had a 30/60 UIM Policy)
Dr. Arbabi, the driver, has a 500K UIM policy limit.  Per my conversation with their adjuster, they do not wish to pay it, and think the claim is worth far less, and think our client does not have a brain injury.  This shit needs worked up, and arbitrated.  Big damages here buddy.

Are you ready?
