Outlook down - again, as always

Does anyone have Moe's contact info? We have paid him before to fix my Outlook, but Kenny still has to reboot it at least once a week.Â

Its now totally down, which is really unacceptable. I also can also only use logmein about 50% of the time, which is also unacceptable.
