Thank you for allowing me to comment. Cpl Quinn is a percipient witness on the morning of August 28, 2010. He was present during the period immediately preceding the alleged rape.

Capt Ben Klay will be important because the defense believes that the will contradict the tesimoby of the alleged victim related to the rape and the type of relationship she had with the accused.

Once you read the transcript, I believe you will grasp the relevance. I, therefore, request you read the transcript.
