Thanks for the email and offer to make another contribution.  
The case has lasted for over 5 years now.  We continue to prepare for trial, now set to begin 27 June at Camp Pendleton and estimated to last 4 weeks.  Frank Wuterich's legal expenses continue to accrue as we rack up time in preparation for that trial.   We gratefully acknowledge all of the help the MCDF has given us in the past and can make good use of whatever funds the organization can spare toward its mission to assist warriors in need.  No one could have foreseen that this case would continue for all of these years.  Haytham and I are going to see it through to the very end because it is our duty to do so, both as Marine Officers and as his attorneys, whether his legal expenses are paid or not.  But we are not holding him personally responsible for any of it.
