As most of you know, LtCol Neal Puckett USMC (Ret) is the civilian
defense counsel for SSgt Frank Wuterich USMC...upcoming (long-delayed) trial
stemming from Nov05 Haditha incident allegations. The Staff Sergeant
is the last of several Marines to be addressed in this incident...cases against
the others fell apart but for some reason, "they" aren't letting the case
against SSgtW drop.
