I'm starting my trial early this morning. I don't know if it will finish today or go into tomorrow. I agree that we need to be more proactive on the case, so if you have any motions you wish to file and you're not able to reach me for comment, please don't hesitate to file them. (You've got more experience to know if/when judges are accepting of untimely motions, etc.) Otherwise, we can talk when you're able.
For reference, my cell phone is 832-755-4046. I'm off tomorrow (after my trial) and Monday, but we can talk via my cell in that time.
