I hope youâre well. I value the friendships I develop with my clients. I can proudly say that all of them have been well served by me and all of them believe that without my assistance they would be either in jail or would have spent time in jail. Since I have represented you, I went on to represent numerous other people with similar charges as yours. I have prevailed in everyone of them. My competition on the other hand cannot say that. I know of cases where defendants were clearly innocent are now serving lengthy prison terms. I share all this with you because I value your friendship and hope that you value mine. I also want to know if you grasp the work I did and where you might be but the effort I put into your case. Youâre free to see your parents because of the work I did. Youâre able to call and have a drink with a friend, enjoy a nice meal where you can order what you want rather than be forced to eat bland prison food, and even enjoy the pleasure of a romantic relationship or a sexual encounter because of work the I did. Even your posts on Facebook are because of me. I may sound egotistical but its more out of disappointment. While others have paid and thanked me, you continue try to deny me what I rightfully earned and what I am entitled to even if I hadnât won. Ask around about the results that are coming out of trials on rapes. The overwhelming majority are convictions.
I expect that you will contact me or the office and take immediate steps to pay the rest of the amount that you owe. If you do not, I will take legal action. I intend to seek the remaining payment, attorneyâs fees, interest, and intend to also file a fraud claim.
