Haytham, I hope everything went as well as it could for your 32 last week. I had mixed results at my trial, but overall, not too bad. I know we need to track back on some things for SSgt Lopez. Here are a couple of items we can cover. 1. - motions filing and motions date; SSgt Lopez says that we may be moving the motions date. What do you have planned for the filing and for the motions date itself? She is on leave from this Wednesday to early next week, but says she'll stay gone a few more days if the motions hearing gets moved. 2. - I am in the process of moving my case that is currently conflicting with us setting this case for 31 May. I called the docketing clerk and told her the situation so she knows the dates for Lopez will open up as soon as the judge signs my other motion. 3. - anything else, just let me know V/r, Bret A.
