Ok.  I'll wait to hear more from  you when you're out of trial, then.

Also, TC is nagging me for the proffer of what SSgt Lopez can testify to re GySgt Kelton.

We need to ask the judge for leave to file motions and to reset trial milestones. 

I'm in court all day today. I believe I was able to kill the charges last week.
