I just spoke with Mr. Faraj.  He and the government can conduct an 802 at 2015 pacific time.  That is in approx. 30 min Sir.

Your Honor,

The government and the defense request an R.C.M. 802 conference as soon as you are available.  Both the government and the defense are flexible as to the time for the 802, when I spoke with Mr. Faraj earlier this morning, I believe that this evening will work for the parties (if the Court is available).  

For once, both the defense and the government are also in the same time zone, and thus, coordination should be simplified somewhat.  

I believe that we will wish to discuss two primary issues:
  
1.  witness production
2.  detailing authority for defense counsel assigned to the case
