Haytham is a USMC ret JAG and is practicing law out of Chicago and represents military personnel as well as businesses in various topic arenas. It is probably better that he tell you the various types of law work that they do than I do. Haytham is a member of the bar in DC as well as Illinois. He is a partner in Puckett&Faraj, PC out of Alexandria, VA, a firm that is primarily USMC ret JAGs. Rick is the Chairman of the Task Force for Veterans Entrepreneurship and a Navy Vietnam vet. Joe is also in the leadership of TFVE and I believe an Army Vietnam vet. Joe does a great deal with training of and also works with homeless veterans quite a bit. Haytham would like to participate in the TFVE meetings and you will probably be interested in the type of law that he practices. His firm represented one of the three navy seals that was charged with abusing the terrorist, they also have represented (and continue to represent) Ssgt Wuterich from the USMC who was charged with killing civilians in Fallujah or was it Haditha? Anyway, interesting folks that practice a variety of law. I think that many veterans may instinctively prefer to hire them because they are military personnel.
