My notes indicate that although I wanted to make the changes, I am uncertain as to the state of the law and what is permitted. All in all, the law firm that put this agreement together is unimpressive. You and I could have started with the $20 Virginia law firm partnership agreements sold online and come out with the same result or perhaps better than the raw product that they provided. I am very disappointed with what they gave us. I certainly donât think that they gave us value for what we paid.
